Realtor Sales 101

Winter 2022

Learn basic sales skills, define your goals, create a trail map to accomplishing them and how to execute.  This is a how to sell, not how to fill out paperwork.

 

Training Agenda includes

  • How to Define Your Goals, and create a trail map

  • Steps to the Sale-a sales process and how to use it

  • Marketing/Prospecting-how to find clients

  • Art of Negotiation-helping clients reach agreements

  • Business Skills- It’s a business and we need to treat it like one

  • Execution- motivation, mindset & recipe for success

Format:

1 hour class (9am) followed by optional 1 hour workshop (10 am) one day per week for 6 weeks.
